      Pros

      I Was an employee for over a year in the Calgary office. The Benefits are great and the Staff were excellent team players, very understanding and open to changes/ ideas. You could not ask for a better place to work and the pay was very fair.

      Cons

      The downside with a company this large is the overhead, also Alberta in a Recession it is hard to compete with "Bob & Van".

      Pros

      In the two years I've been with TSG so far their culture has consistently blown me away. They live the values they preach. Almost everyone I have come into contact with is helpful, willing to teach, give insight, and are so incredibly open and accepting. This company has given me so many opportunities for growth and advancement as well as a place I can comfortably be myself and enjoy coming to work every day! They are truly here for their team and are on a path to continue to keep that focus in mind as they grow.

      Cons

      A lot of processes are still manual, but the company is taking large steps this year to change that! They are constantly working on improving and are open to ideas and suggestions on how to make things better!
