      none... any more Since we are becoming Americanized morale is at an all time low

      Cons

      LOTS management that doesn't care - assumes you can read their minds on what they want - give trouble to people who can't read mind but do their best Used to be a great place to work - people cared about each other now we are just "poorly educated non Americans" we are treated like idiots.

      Pros

      In the two years I've been with TSG so far their culture has consistently blown me away. They live the values they preach. Almost everyone I have come into contact with is helpful, willing to teach, give insight, and are so incredibly open and accepting. This company has given me so many opportunities for growth and advancement as well as a place I can comfortably be myself and enjoy coming to work every day! They are truly here for their team and are on a path to continue to keep that focus in mind as they grow.

      Cons

      A lot of processes are still manual, but the company is taking large steps this year to change that! They are constantly working on improving and are open to ideas and suggestions on how to make things better!
