      Pros

      If I thought I could find anything positive to say about this company I would write it here. Sadly the only positive is that I moved on since.

      Cons

      They don't have any work outside of the CBE. Managers are less than competent and they don't have any of the work they advertise on their web site. I researched these guys, was hired and fired, because they only want bodies not thinking humans. They don't assign work based on experience and assign work to inexperienced personnel despite rejections. Poor show all around.

      Pros

      In the two years I've been with TSG so far their culture has consistently blown me away. They live the values they preach. Almost everyone I have come into contact with is helpful, willing to teach, give insight, and are so incredibly open and accepting. This company has given me so many opportunities for growth and advancement as well as a place I can comfortably be myself and enjoy coming to work every day! They are truly here for their team and are on a path to continue to keep that focus in mind as they grow.

      Cons

      A lot of processes are still manual, but the company is taking large steps this year to change that! They are constantly working on improving and are open to ideas and suggestions on how to make things better!
