Easy to get hired Great clients/families Supportive coworkers

Cons

Low pay and difficult to obtaining raise. One you hit cap you can no longer get a raise regardless of exemplary performance. Inconsistent hours even for full time employees who are only guaranteed hours after 2-week client absence. Force you to use PTO and penalize you for using it.

Pros

New ownership seems to be implementing positive change. You can expect to be treated fairly. It's nice to work at a place that focuses on helping kids increase their skills and independencen rather than focusing on obedience and masking autistic traits. It's nice stable employment.

Cons

Lots of long days/late nights.
