Pros

New ownership seems to be implementing positive change. You can expect to be treated fairly. It's nice to work at a place that focuses on helping kids increase their skills and independencen rather than focusing on obedience and masking autistic traits. It's nice stable employment.

Cons

Lots of long days/late nights.
