Management operates with a significant lack of transparency and accountability. There is a visible culture of nepotism where personal connections are prioritized over professional merit. Benefit structures are opaque, and internal policies are applied inconsistently—often "cherry-picked" to suit leadership’s agenda rather than supporting the staff. The environment feels more about maintaining absolute control than fostering a productive or fair workplace.
