Pros
The pay is steady, you won't need to worry about checks bouncing. Doing the mail can be fun. And lots of interaction with people if you are sociable You will learn about logistics. Its a job.
Cons
- You are expected to keep track of 3 or more things at once. You may find yourself retrieving packages for a box holder even though you are currently trying to bind copies for another customer, while someone else is filling a ship-slip. On some days the stress of mufti-tasking can go on for hours. - Offloading packages that are to be shipped for customers, weighing 20-60lbs. - Expected to charge people obscene prices for putting paper into boxes. - Workload does not justify the pay.
