They pay mental health techs pretty good starting at 12/HR

Cons

Employees are bullies and hate new people. I was harassed until I finally quit. Supervisors have their certain friends and if you mad anyone mad, you're going to get ganged up on.

Nice facility, clean and well maintained

Cons

Grossly disorganized. Poor teamwork with discharges. Dayshift nurses overwhelmed with patient numbers and documentation requirements.
