Pros

The Washington Post is a fast-paced and dynamic place to work. It’s staffed by people who deeply care about their work, are passionate about the paper, and are committed to seeing The Washington Post thrive in a digital future. It’s a friendly and supportive place to work for those who want a job they feel passionate about.

Cons

Lots of change in recent years may be leaving some longer-term employees feeling unsure of the future of the paper. Many hope (and believe) the Post will maintain the integrity it’s built up over many years as it heads into a new generation for media companies.

Pros

Hard working colleagues, at times.

Cons

I found a lot of people I worked with were just racking up sinecures they felt they had earned. Lots of laziness.
