      Pros

      Formerly an excellent company with an excellent mission. Nice colleagues.

      Cons

      It's a sinking ship. Leadership is very poor. There's a 5 day RTO mandate for everyone except upper management. There are no longterm business plans. Extremely high turnover. Bad internal communications. Constant layoffs.

      Hard working colleagues, at times.

      Cons

      I found a lot of people I worked with were just racking up sinecures they felt they had earned. Lots of laziness.
