Pros

The people you get to work with on a day to day basis are pretty great and passionate about what they do, which is a good thing for the wine industry which is really suffering right now

Cons

Upper management and leadership are stretched way too thin. Cost cutting at every corner. Management also plays favorites and does not provide the same resources or opportunities to all employees. If they like you and you give in to their every desire, you will go far... Otherwise not so much

Pros

Genuine good people to work with across all departments.

Cons

Political culture. Those who kiss up to executives succeed and not based on performance. Too subjective as opposed to objective for promotional opportunities and career growth.
