Dedicated employees and leaders throughout the company. People care about each other and it seems that everyone is working to make the company better. It is a culture that is rich with history and dedication to producing quality wine. Good for work/life balance, nice benefits and an opportunity to grow. Company invests in new equipment and other areas that improve the product. Just overall a pleasant place to work.

Sometimes bump into things that need updating - like systems, processes, and facilities.
