Beautiful location, the location is pretty...you are given the illusion of being in the wine industry

Cons

Poor management, low pay, unrealistic amounts of daily work to complete, encouraged not to take lunch, micro managment, lack of respect for employees.

Pros

The people you get to work with on a day to day basis are pretty great and passionate about what they do, which is a good thing for the wine industry which is really suffering right now

Cons

Upper management and leadership are stretched way too thin. Cost cutting at every corner. Management also plays favorites and does not provide the same resources or opportunities to all employees. If they like you and you give in to their every desire, you will go far... Otherwise not so much
