      Pros

      Your contributions are definitely noticed! This is a company always looking towards continuous improvement. New CEO is doing a great job connecting with employees. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Limited manpower makes it overwhelming a times to get everything done. You will have the workload for 3-4 people, not just one! Compensation is average to below average depending on the department you work in.

      Pros

      The people you get to work with on a day to day basis are pretty great and passionate about what they do, which is a good thing for the wine industry which is really suffering right now

      Cons

      Upper management and leadership are stretched way too thin. Cost cutting at every corner. Management also plays favorites and does not provide the same resources or opportunities to all employees. If they like you and you give in to their every desire, you will go far... Otherwise not so much
