      -Amazing leaders who will push you but still have work/life balance top of mind. -Many remote positions to choose from.

      Cons

      - Being remote I do miss the office sometimes but ultimately wouldn't trade being able to do what I do from my home office!

      Pros

      The people you get to work with on a day to day basis are pretty great and passionate about what they do, which is a good thing for the wine industry which is really suffering right now

      Cons

      Upper management and leadership are stretched way too thin. Cost cutting at every corner. Management also plays favorites and does not provide the same resources or opportunities to all employees. If they like you and you give in to their every desire, you will go far... Otherwise not so much
