      Pros

      Amazing culture with genuine, down-to-earth and hardworking people. Very little hierarchy or ego. A great community where everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves and support the company and each other's success. Love it!

      Cons

      All things considered, I don't really have any substantial cons at this time.

      Pros

      The people you get to work with on a day to day basis are pretty great and passionate about what they do, which is a good thing for the wine industry which is really suffering right now

      Cons

      Upper management and leadership are stretched way too thin. Cost cutting at every corner. Management also plays favorites and does not provide the same resources or opportunities to all employees. If they like you and you give in to their every desire, you will go far... Otherwise not so much
