Leadership has put in work to recognize what employees want and need and are working hard to make sure that happens - even if somethings have to take time, communication about where the company is and how they are progressing has been great.

Cons

Biggest challenges that the company has faced are being addressed head-on. Communication needed help, it is getting help and greatly appreciated.

The people you get to work with on a day to day basis are pretty great and passionate about what they do, which is a good thing for the wine industry which is really suffering right now

Cons

Upper management and leadership are stretched way too thin. Cost cutting at every corner. Management also plays favorites and does not provide the same resources or opportunities to all employees. If they like you and you give in to their every desire, you will go far... Otherwise not so much
