      no Pros at all.There is not a single thing that can be said good about this place. beware!!!! Beware

      Cons

      Management has no sense of reality. Will not allow people to execute their jobs in any way other than the way management wants even though management has no clue how to do those jobs. Managers have no experience in what they are managing. No direction.

      Pros

      The people you get to work with on a day to day basis are pretty great and passionate about what they do, which is a good thing for the wine industry which is really suffering right now

      Cons

      Upper management and leadership are stretched way too thin. Cost cutting at every corner. Management also plays favorites and does not provide the same resources or opportunities to all employees. If they like you and you give in to their every desire, you will go far... Otherwise not so much
