Pros

Organization offers extensive visibility with numerous departments and job scope is very large. The entrepreneurial culture allows employees to grab what's in front of them and run with it which can result in wild success no matter what function you're in.

Cons

Moral is at an all time low due to numerous factors such as employees having no motivation. The organization is flat and understaffed in various departments stemming in a individual's doing a 3-4 person job per team. Pertinent issues are not resolved in the right way and in a timely manner, management promises that issues will be addressed or handled but action falls flat. Transparency with projects and upper management is slim to none, which leaves employees lacking what the strategy is and leaves them to do work blindly. The company prides themselves on having a "no jerk policy" but employees are not treated fairly and promises are not kept by upper management. The organization no longer has the culture that TWG so proudly promotes.

Pros

The people you get to work with on a day to day basis are pretty great and passionate about what they do, which is a good thing for the wine industry which is really suffering right now

Cons

Upper management and leadership are stretched way too thin. Cost cutting at every corner. Management also plays favorites and does not provide the same resources or opportunities to all employees. If they like you and you give in to their every desire, you will go far... Otherwise not so much
