Pros
I honestly do not know where to start. Ever since I started here I feel I have been very lucky to be in such a great company. Everything from the great management to the family like work environment. Our CEO is great and listens when we have advice, his door is always open which is a great thing. Our new building is great and very open. Its great to have our own company building. The employees all get along great and it is very family like. We recently went hiking and plan on doing more company trips in the future. The growth opportunities are fantastic and the outlook for the future is trending upwards. They provide snacks and drinks which is great, and if we ever need anything we can ask and we will get it. We have a wonderful company and for those who are looking this is an awesome company to work for!
Cons
I would probably have to say going out to eat so much. I would love to join all the time but money wise, it holds me back, this is so minimal so its not a big deal at all. Though recently we have been doing more company lunch which I enjoy. To be honest there are really no cons here that I can think of.
