Pros
Flexible with work-hours. 25 days of PTO Depending which function and department you end up in things might be ok for you.
Cons
Not enough space for all employees, both offices and canteen are not able to accommodate the amount of people on site. Lack of any career development or progression, what you start with will be what you will probably be doing for the rest of your time here. Pay is low and pay increases are not substantial enough to compensate senior staff for years of work in the company especially if they started on lower wages. Heavy favoritism within the management and reliance on US management for anything, resulting in the site being substantially worse than other businesses around it. Cost cutting and penny pinching on everything. Spending 1-2k on something that would benefit multiple employees well-being is asking to much from a multi billion company. Spending even 30-60 euro on tools that would improve work efficiency substantially is also asking for a lot here, but the amount of waste generate by incompetent staff resulting in thousands lost is ok. There is no culture in the company since management is focused on hiring people with only specific skills without considering how they will work with rest of team resulting in massive divide within different departments and tribal like behavior within the office.
