Pros

Amazing co-workers, most talented group of people you'll meet.

Cons

Leadership is absolutely failing their employees. There were so many lay offs and talented people walking out the door while leadership protects their positions, the environment was so toxic and draining to be a part of.

Pros

Thesis has been an incredible place for me to grow professionally. I've had the opportunity to learn, take on meaningful work, and be supported by some of the most talented and thoughtful people I've worked with. What stands out most to me, though, is the personal care and humanity I experienced during a very difficult period in my life. Both my manager and the CEO went far beyond what I would ever expect from an employer, offering compassion, flexibility, and support that allowed me to take care of myself and my family when I needed it most. I will always be deeply grateful for that.

Cons

Like any organization, there’s always room for growth and improvement. But I’m 100% committed because I believe in the leadership, the people, and the direction we’re heading. There’s a real sense of care and purpose here, and I’m proud to be part of it.

Pros

The people in the Creative department were some of the warmest, most talented, and most disciplined folks I have ever worked with. I'm fortunate to have taken the chance to mentor and manage young talent, showing them what's possible and expected outside of this agency.

Cons

Upper Management lacks integrity and experience. They lied and forged documents to keep a client's business. The client eventually took their business elsewhere, as did several others. Directors were very competitive with direct reports and would publicly berate, discourage, and humiliate them, only to take their ideas and concept decks to pitch to the C-suite. The executive team lacks integrity and the experience needed to lead well. Talent is exploited, there is no work-life balance, and team members are constantly throwing each other under the bus for fear of losing their jobs. Everyone is burned out and on edge. Then the agency bought a smaller independent agency to bolster its floundering business margins and rebrand itself by borrowing relational equity from said acquisition, during a massive layoff. If you enjoy high drama and office politics at the expense of your mental health and well-being, then this agency is for you.
