      - Leadership always puts culture first and takes care of everyone - Hires talented and compassionate people, great team to work with - Many opportunities to learn and grow - Fully remote with allowances to build your WFH office - Freedom to shift laterally in case your career goals change - Strong 1:1 and feedback culture

      Cons

      - Typical consulting job, can get very stressful but assured you have 100% support from leadership team

      This was my first summer job and it really jumpstarted my career.

      There really wasn't any. It was a great time and a very impactful experience.

      Pros

      - very supportive team (allows hybrid, or fully remote) - culture is one of a kind (can schedule 1 on 1s with senior management, and will make time for you to pick their minds) - internal projects (flexibility, ownership on your project, less pressure to deliver) - allowance! (roughly a FT minimum wage, but great for just an intern) - possible return offer (will only take effect once you graduate, or have graduated)

      Cons

      - might not be the best fit for those who want impactful and client projects - no structured shadow sessions to see how they work (practical walkthroughs)
