great learning environment for upskillers, communicative and professional teammates, hands-on senior leadership

Cons

unstable bureaucratic processes. high pressure internally from leadership expectations and externally from client demands. lots of experiments being run but teams barely have time nor energy to drive effective changes

- very supportive team (allows hybrid, or fully remote) - culture is one of a kind (can schedule 1 on 1s with senior management, and will make time for you to pick their minds) - internal projects (flexibility, ownership on your project, less pressure to deliver) - allowance! (roughly a FT minimum wage, but great for just an intern) - possible return offer (will only take effect once you graduate, or have graduated)

Cons

- might not be the best fit for those who want impactful and client projects - no structured shadow sessions to see how they work (practical walkthroughs)
