Hi Thanks for reviewing your time so far at Third Bridge- we're glad you are enjoying it. Thanks also for the views on improvements we can make - we recognise that some of our processes are requiring improvements, but we are trying to catch up quickly with our growth and working through improving these where it will help us most. We think that chimes with your point around management comms through the organisation too - we invest a lot of time in all-hands meetings (whether at all-company level or within teams), but we're sure we can tighten up some of our day-to-day comms to maintain greater consistency to listen to the teams.
