Non. Pay was okay but you are working 14 hrs or more 6 days a week. That is on salary pay.

Cons

Management is crap. The VP is a back stabber beware, All employees will go around their boss and tell the owner anything to get you fired. Over worked while never given resources. Beware if going, not a place to work.
