No real commitment to employees and/or customers by the leadership of the organization. Mistrust throughout. The organization exists to sell to Cintas or some other large company that will eventually take it over and chew up whatever is left when they do. Owners of any business being approached to sell to this company should be very cautious. If you do not care about your legacy or how your employees and/or customers will be treated after you sell your business this is probably the best place for you to sell your business too.
