Pros
I’ve never worked at a company as long as I’ve been here. I have yet to find a company who is more generous on being flexible with scheduling to accommodate personal circumstances. The pay is fantastic from the start and the work hours vary but are generally shorter than any office job I’ve had. The work we do is real work and it helps keep people safe. You don’t have to sell snake oil here. Leadership, including VPs and the CEO are always easy to reach. It’s still a young company so there is a lot of growth potential for each employee!
Cons
Not every day is hard, but you will be expected to work hard physically at times. This isn’t really an issue but some people aren’t cut out for it. Being a smaller and younger company, we do experience some growing pains at times but that’s to be expected.
