Pros
CEO is smart, hard working and created a pretty decent product. Location in the Financial District is nice relative to the city things you want to be near, and close to home if you live there.
Cons
CEO relegates the daily operations to the rest of the management team, poor choice. This is not a place to advance your career or gain good experience, it's just a job and a so-so paycheck. The management staff can't create a plan that works. They constantly scramble to make adjustments, but never see them through. They will promise you growth opportunities, but it'll never happen. They will hire some one in over you and make up a story as to why. They don't respect their staff, time, skills or input and have / will talk poorly to others in the company about the employees. They want you to think that they have all the experience and answers, and yet they aren't even close. Skip the pitch that they only hire the best, when in reality, they have hired the best, and the best see through the BS and have quit in the first couple months. It's sad whereas the product had real potential but the Sr. staff is driving the company to failure.
