This is a job, not a career. They lie to you about growth opportunities and provide absolutely no professional development in any department. There is no process and oftentimes the people in charge have no clue what is going on. We are expected to work almost 12 hour days and the pay isn't good. Benefits are absolutely terrible (no paid maternity leave, no 401K match, awful health insurance). No HR which is a huge disservice to the employees. Turnover is extremely high as people realize early on that this place isn't what it says it is.
