Pros
The people are wonderful and the leaders are dynamic - unfortunately the leaders don't know how to lead. The strategy changes every 2 days and none seem to be working.
Cons
The company has gone through 5 layoffs in the last 1 1/2. We hired like crazy and then laid everyone off. We are a shell of a company with no real strategy. The president does not seem to know what she is doing other than say - Let's F'n Go.... with no real plan. She shoots from the hip and makes decisions that are self serving. We have laid off another round of great people and it is a shame. We are down to a few sales people and no none seems to be selling anything. I don't think we will be around in a few months.
