Pros

Being a faith based organization, the company does things the right way. Throught out the economic downturn I feel strongly about the companies strength. This makes it easy to see your clients each week. They pay a commission advance for new hires and reimburse the costs of all testing.

Cons

I am unsure of the competiveness of the commission structure. It feels difficult to have the "big week" that is necessary to do things like pay your taxes or put a down payment on a car. I feel that when you have a couple poor weeks there can be a little over concern by the management about the reasons causing added pressure.

Pros

You get decent health benefits

Cons

Micromanaging manager and colleagues that always complains about too much work. Manager will put a PTO block whenever they choose. Toxic work environment, leading to employee burn out. Advice to suceed, complain to management constantly so you can stay within the company. Those that try to remain peaceful and get their work done gets micromanaged and then get burnt out and will leave on their own.
