Pros

Good benefits. Flexible schedule (for most field jobs, working from home is an available option). Fair degree of automony in most jobs. Company mission a good one. Christian company.

Cons

Management tends to show favoritism, not being as objective as it should. Several recent reductions in force seemed less thought-out, and more lengthy than they should have been - resulted in employees being kept in limbo for almost a year each time. Training is pretty much non-existant for some jobs and much less thorough for others. Seem to have a pretty fluid workforce.

Pros

Would have been a good opportunity IF it went through.

Cons

BEWARE! They do not disclose a very long and tedious interview process. 3 interviews with a post interview call. Background check, credit check, amongst multiple items to complete in portal. Many emails to respond to. Speaking with 4+employees throughout the process. Did NOT disclose that start date was 3 months post job posting.
