Pros

Love the flexibility and support in building my own practice. I know that what I’m doing will outlive me and give my family a chance to come in and work with me one day.

Cons

Starting in this career is hard. Thrivent offers a lot of support to make it possible. Directors are here to help. They can be demanding.

Pros

- Excellent culture and people - Work life balance is better than any place I've ever worked; people work hard but support each other - Several fully remote opportunities - Competitive salary - Fantastic benefits: Still have a pension, generous 401(k) match, decent health benefits, PTO and a handful of paid holidays - Annual Incentive Plan is a huge draw

Cons
