- Annual review and AIP weighting process is imperfect
- You can "Meet expectations" but still earn less than your full AIP percentage because someone else in your department is a top performer
- Frequent reorgs/restructures leave sense of unease; leadership announcements provide no concrete explanations and are very boilerplate
- Rising up individual contributor job ladder is straight-forward but eventually most leadership positions are external and friends of other leaders ...
