      Pros

      1. Full responsibility given for a project -> helps in understanding management of people, time ; makes you fully independent asset to the company. 2. Managers are knowledgeable; a lot could be learnt from them. 3. Thinking about new solutions to previous problems which reduces the amount of time put in maintenance or just does it very efficiently such that it reduces cost is highly encouraged. 4. Free Food which is very tasty.

      Cons

      1. Sometimes work could get boring, because you always don't get kaju curry, sometimes to get that you have to eat dal also.

      Pros

      This role is flexible time wise. It provides a lot of down time within one shift. The supervisors were understanding about errors, and supportive when training. Very small amount of training required.

      Cons

      Have to be able to watch and listen two two television shows simultaneously.

      Pros

      The office building was nice and there are some great people that worked there.

      Cons

      The leadership was a bunch of men just trying to protect their own egos and line their own pockets. I never worked anywhere that felt as dismissive of women as TiVo.
