      Pros

      Flexible hours, good atmosphere among colleagues, lots of social events + food offered in the office.

      Cons

      Unstable working environment due to constant changes in strategy. Redundancies across the business, colleagues not replaced when they leave, changes at the top of the company in NA create problems for international offices. Changes in process are not assessed enough and are implemented too quickly with negative consequences.

      Pros

      This role is flexible time wise. It provides a lot of down time within one shift. The supervisors were understanding about errors, and supportive when training. Very small amount of training required.

      Cons

      Have to be able to watch and listen two two television shows simultaneously.

      Pros

      The office building was nice and there are some great people that worked there.

      Cons

      The leadership was a bunch of men just trying to protect their own egos and line their own pockets. I never worked anywhere that felt as dismissive of women as TiVo.
