No respect for employees. Even few employees in the cabs fight for places like unprofessionals. Manager doesn't understand the problem if at all there is any work related issue rises .. all they want are results even with the faulty setups which they provide No help from anyone or anywhere. No KT happens, For anything to understand you can only ask some just to get redirected to other one. If it is new domain for you.., Don't join!! Criticism at work no matter what you do.. Manager may call and shout at you or make you feel like you have no value or probably just can say it on your face. No point in escalating issues about your problems as no one cares.. Mostly old technologies used. They do nothing about competing to their competitors like Netflix etc.., Only focused on deadlines and no scope of learning Even an access related ticket takes few month's time to get resolved Best option is not to join!!
