Pros
-Great pay, as a good location.. -Great culture, if you're liked -Great ceo, clear vision -Well rounded position, not just a normal general manger. Lots and lots to stay buisy -Can be very fun and very rewarding
Cons
-Profit consultants...can ruin it all -Way too many chiefs in the kitchen, ceo vision will soon be destroyed with how second in command of operations conducts himself -Expectations of being on call 24/7...let me be clear, u do have 2 assistant site leaders and 2 team leads.....told to hold them accountable and lead them to success, scolded when u do that -Serious issues with the High performance site leader program. While this should be a "cream of the crop" status to strive for they treat u as if ur not ur job is at risk CONSTANTLY. The vision of this program needs to be seriously looked at and re done. It makes absolutely no sense where they have gone with this. AGAIN, 2ND in command of operations and profit consultants are the problem area. -Hypocritical -slightly gender bias, while women have come a long way..u see them In roles of traveling trainers, site leaders and assistants...it's still a good Ole boys club.
