Pros
Customer Success, Support, Operations and Development's commitment to current customers. They will perform 'unnatural' acts to help customers through product challenges. This product has many functional 'gaps' but also has functionality that makes it unique in the CPM space.
Cons
Lack of practical vision, deceptive and misleading executives. A product cannot introduce continuous improvement/functionality without a resilient and stable platform - specifically as you add customers and users in a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Management will veil platform and product deficiencies from customers, and prospects. Over the last two years there were two large employee down-sizing events as well as critical development, executive and key personnel departures (due to loss of faith and trust) that leaves this once promising product precariously close to failure. The senior management (C-level) is not transparent to both employees and customers. They operate from a 'bully pulpit' management style, and will over-talk, shout and dismiss dissenting opinion. This is not a transparent company. The C-level shows little, if any, regard to their employees nor are they completely honest with their customers.
