Pros

This is by far the best company I've been a part of. My manager trusts my expertise and treats me with the utmost respect. As a 100 person company, it's easy to get access to the senior management team for advice and project approvals. For the first time in my career, I truly feel like part of a team. We are served free breakfast everyday and lunch Monday-Thursday. The facility has a gym and easy parking.

Cons

With all startups, resources always seem like a shortage. I came from a company where I would allocate initiatives to others. At Tidemark, I have to be an army of one and do everything required to push out my project. This isn't a place for someone that needs hand holding, but Tidemark allows a self-learner to grow at a much faster pace.

Pros

Lots of: - Superb vision and guidance from Founders and Senior management - The product is truly awesome and redefining the ways finance was done earlier - Awesome work environment. People are very nice, friendly and helpful. They help you out without giving you hard time if you don't know something and need help to understand it. Open offices makes it very refreshing to work with other employees - Good work and life balance. You are not forced to maintain a 9 -5 work schedule and can work from home also if you need for some reason. No ones gonna object to that till you complete your work on time - Good perks and advantages. Catered lunches, good PTO policy adds to the flavor. - There is complete transparency in working and performance of the Company and all the different departments of the company. I see that some posts point to some senior and earlier employees leaving the company then let me mention one truth. In the world of technology its very common for employees to move onto next stage in their career. Its common not only start ups but in big corporates as well. This does not mean that those who leave were not happy with their work but its just that they wanted to take another step in their career.

Cons

None that I could remember.
