A company who doesn't care about there employees! - Front Desk Administrative TierPoint Employee Review

Extreme favoritism, terrible raises, no room to grow as an employee. Pa location upper management is clueless, firing of more qualified employees for weaker ones just to save money. Hr department no help with sexual harassment. I've also witnessed my boss get fired who's young son had just passed away from cancer and he took a lot of time off to get his head together so they fired him!! That alone tells you all you need to know about this company. It was great before the new management took it over couple years ago now it is a mess.
