Business Outlook

Pros

1) Pay is good 2) Company / Investors have a longer-term outlook for the company , they aren't trying to quickly sell the company and collect the cash. 3) Most people at least care about trying to improve things in the company vs just talk about it. 4) A lot of great people to work with 5) Have some great programs to help recognize great employees 6) Not one of the companies that force everyone back to the office. We recognize a lot of jobs we have can be done remotely, so they can hire talent from anywhere vs just close to operational HQ. 7) Management gives regular updates on the status of the company and things happening. 8) A lot of the senior management are accessible and good to work with.

Cons

1) Health Benefits really are just trying to match the minimum of what other companies/market does. It would be nice if they offer more premium options that dump less financial responsibility on the employees. 2) Like a lot of companies, they run lean and mean, but I think we need to run less lean and mean as they grow in size to prevent unnecessary stress on certain groups. I think by the time certain groups get the ability to hire what we need, they are already running too lean.
