Pros
Staff discount, the company lets the team do whatever they want. Don’t monitor sickness or time keeping. Just performance manager under performers. Usually they are the ones holding the store together operationally
Cons
Store managers/directors operate on blame culture, no empathy or support provided just criticise the hard working staff for not doing more. Have favourites and if you voice any concerns they use HR against you.
