Pros
Employee discount, office location, some benefits, a few nice people, brand was luxury at one time. Nothing else I can think of.
Cons
Where to start. Such a sad environment. Completely demotivated employees at all levels. No direction, corporate strategy, future vision. Cut throat corporate environment, which encourages discrimination of all kinds. Pay is below par, and you're simply told, take it or leave it. Promotions are based on who you know and kiss up to. No career growth. The toxicity permeating this company is palpable the minute one enters the building. Headed towards a buy out to stay afloat. Sad!
