      Good opportunities in management if you are open to relocation. Promotions are generally from within the company.

      Cons

      Management is not transparent, and leaves you wondering what is motivating their decisions. Difficult for hourly staff to work their way towards promotion to a supervisory or management position. Outdated POS, CRM and back office systems.

      There's never been any pros.

      Cons

      Greedy company that takes away from their employees every year. Client advisors make less and less every year. You are not human to this company, you are a server and you are disposable. My experience was at the 3 story Royal Hawaiian store. They praise you for overworking yourself, only time you'll get that.
