Pros

I can't think of any Pros. Tiffany product discount, but think about it, it's just like giving money back to the company.

Cons

Really early hours (work starts at 7AM!!) High demands from management but no bonus. Workers work more than 12 hours a day. Once there was an earthquake, the company didn't even bother to evacuate and never had a plan for natural disaster safety procedure. The company doesn't care about the safety of its employees outside of the building. There could be a big blizzard and the company still demands employees to come to work. Near zero sick days. You can use only upto 3, until they give you a warning. 2% increase in salary each year (rate of a inflation). Cold management style, doesn't care about worker's health, just work work WORK! If you want to feel like a second class citizen, you can give this place a try.
