      Pros

      Fantastic benefits and very generous employee discount... employee store items are under cost. Through the years, bad management has been replaced.

      Cons

      Politics, politics, politics..... if you are liked by senior management , for unknown reasons, you will move up the ladder quickly. You can be laid off without reason, even though similar positions are open. No transparency. Middle management thrives on having lower level positions jockey for teachers pet.

      There's never been any pros.

      Cons

      Greedy company that takes away from their employees every year. Client advisors make less and less every year. You are not human to this company, you are a server and you are disposable. My experience was at the 3 story Royal Hawaiian store. They praise you for overworking yourself, only time you'll get that.
