The absolute WORST company I have ever worked for - Sales Professional Tiffany & Co. Employee Review

Pros

E-store. Discount. 2 personal days to be used at any time.

Cons

Management has favorites and show it. No advancement opportunity. It took 9 years for the last SP to be promoted from the Silver Salon into the Fine Salon. Forget about going into management, that is not an option. Tiffany does NOT promote from within and will hire outside management. Sales goals are high now that public is shopping online more and more each year. Schedule is all over the place and even your days off are not guaranteed. Your "raise" is about 10-30 cents a year. They have a "point system" so every time you call out sick there's a point and once you get so many points you go on advisory - it's like being in high school. Oh and the way the jewelry is treated is DISGUSTING! They keep a lot of returned items and resell so what you're getting may not be brand new. I will definitely never shop here again as a paying customer.

Pros

There's never been any pros.

Cons

Greedy company that takes away from their employees every year. Client advisors make less and less every year. You are not human to this company, you are a server and you are disposable. My experience was at the 3 story Royal Hawaiian store. They praise you for overworking yourself, only time you'll get that.
