Pros

Store teams tend to be friendly, helpful. Benefits are pretty great

Cons

CEO who came in with LVMh has a history of racism and a reputation for yelling at employees. This tells you all you need to know about the culture shift that has taken place in the last year. LVMH brings a wealth of opportunities at a gigantic cost to all employees who built careers here. Which is why turnover is so high right now. Commission structure changed which resulted in loss of income for most. At the same time job responsibilities kept on growing for everyone. Less pay for more work. Team leaders and store directors are overworked and micromanaged. Most of the great leaders are now gone or looking to leave. If you decide to work here, be assured that the company has a horrible onboarding process, and while they are trying to fix it, training and development opportunities are not what you would expect at a company worth billions.

Pros

There's never been any pros.

Cons

Greedy company that takes away from their employees every year. Client advisors make less and less every year. You are not human to this company, you are a server and you are disposable. My experience was at the 3 story Royal Hawaiian store. They praise you for overworking yourself, only time you'll get that.
